We produce oxygen and a good climate factory
We all know how important the climate of a place is. So that you want to be there. To stop. To rest. To meet up with friends. In a publicly available space, such as a hotel patio, the secret is the proper combination of openness and cosiness.
150 square metres of wall surface
The challenge was considerable. The bar set high. Fifteen meters above ground. Ten metres wide. 150 square metres of wall surface of the patio of the Posejdon Hotel in Szczecin is what we transformed into an efficient year-round green wall – producing oxygen and pleasant microclimate inside the new symbol of the city.
Green walls section, and you can see it under Projects/Green Walls. But what shows the unique and individual character of this project is 6,500 seedlings of 22 plant species which we planted across the vertical wall after a detailed analysis of their exposure to light and changing sunlight and shadows on the patio.
Szczecin is a city with a good climate. And we did everything we could to make it even better.
